Durst water company was created to provide secondary water to the upper cottonwoods phases 6, 8, and 9 as well as property to the east. The Durst owned water rights reside in Silverleaf Reservoir and due to some complicated legal maneuvering the Durst Members have not been able to access their stored water. Durst intends to rectify this situation.
